Bay Sailing's Yacht Fleet Sails from our full service charter base in Rockland at the Maine Boats Homes and Harbors pier, just adjacent to the Public Landing. Rockland is a perfect jumping off point with the famed islands of North Haven,Vinalhaven and Islesboro just a 2-3 hour sail away. Shopping and supplies are short distance from our base and bustling Main Street is just a short walk. The Owl's Head Airport is a 10-minute taxi ride from Rockland or leave your car in a free parking site located just yards from our docks.

Traveling to Mid-Coast Maine

The Camden-Rockport-Rockland area of mid-coast Maine is located four hours North of Boston and six hours from New York City. If you are flying we recommend you make your arrangements through Carlson Wagonlit (800) 955-2021 or (207) 236-2020. Commercial flights land in Portland and Bangor and Owl's Head. Van service from Bangor or Portland can be arranged by Mid-Coast Limo (800) 937-2424 or (207) 236-2424.

Directions to Bay Sailing's Base

Maine Boats Homes & Harbors Pier - adjacent to the Public Landing. Route 95 North to Coastal Route 1 via Brunswick exit will bring you into Rockland on Park Street (move to the right lane). At the intersection of Park and Main Streets turn right onto Route 73 (South Main St). Take your first left into the public landing parking lot. Bay Sailing is on the pier to the left as you're looking out towards the water. Pass Conte's Restaurant and follow the pier out to our offices and the dock. There's plenty of parking and plenty signage - you won't be able to miss us.
